This document informs about the processing of personal data, and describes how we (who are the copyright holders and owners of the trademarks "Niconetto" and "Nicotinetto"), collect and process information about you.
We are the brothers Mr. Jesper Philbert (Philbert Production Aps CVR no. 42641863 and Mr. Jens Peter Philbert V. Andersen (JPPVA Holding Aps Cvr. 38019171) who jointly own the company Niconetto which is domiciled in Skanderborg Denmark.
The Privacy Policy applies to personal data that you provide to us or that we collect through our website(s) www.niconetto.com/www.nicotinetto.com.
The company Niconetto is the data controller of your personal data.
All inquiries to us can be made via info@niconetto.com.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
Information about your name, address, e-mail, telephone number as well as any order number and specific delivery requests is passed on to the parties responsible for processing your orders or inquiries and handling the delivery of any purchased goods to you. All information about you can be freely handed over to external partners, or to any new owners/co-owners of the copyright to the trademarks "niconetto" and "nicotinetto", as well as to others who process the information on our behalf according to this agreement. We use external partners for, among other things, technical operation and improvements of the Website, sending out newsletters and targeted marketing, including retargeting, as well as for your assessment of our company and products. These companies are data processors and under our instructions and process data for which we are the data controller. The data processors may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfillment of the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality about these information’s.
We enter into written data processing agreements with all data processors who process personal data on our behalf.

The Right of Access
You are at any time entitled to ask us for information about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, what categories of personal data and recipients of information there may be, as well as information about where the information originates. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we process about you. If you would like a copy of your personal data, you must send a written request to info@niconetto.com. You will, of course, be asked to document that you are who you pretend to be.

The right to rectification
You have the right to have any incorrect personal data about yourself rectified by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information that we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.

In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g., if you withdraw your consent and we do not have another legal basis for continuing the processing. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT
AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
When you visit our websites, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the websites, for example. about the type of browser you use, what search terms you use on the website, your IP address, including your network location, and information about your computer. The purpose is to optimize the user experience and the website's function, as well as carry out targeted marketing, including retargeting via b.la. Facebook and Google. This processing of data is necessary for us to safeguard our interests in improving the website and showing you relevant offers. When you sign up for our newsletter, you may be asked to provide e.g., name, address, e-mail address, gender, interests, etc.. Information collected about your use of the Website will be deleted at the latest when you have not made use of the Website for 5 years. Information collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter will be deleted when your consent to the newsletter is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing the information.

SECURITY 

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures against personal data being accidentally or unlawfully destroyed, lost, altered, or impaired, as well as against it coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons or being misused. Only employees or business partners who have a real need to access your personal data to carry out their work have access to it.

USE OF COOKIES 

A cookie is a small data file that we store on your computer to keep track of what happens during your visit and to be able to recognize the computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses.
