This document informs about the processing of personal data, and describes how we (who are the copyright holders and owners of the trademarks "Niconetto" and "Nicotinetto"), collect and process information about you.
We are the brothers Mr. Jesper Philbert (Philbert Production Aps CVR no. 42641863 and Mr. Jens Peter Philbert V. Andersen (JPPVA Holding Aps Cvr. 38019171) who jointly own the company Niconetto which is domiciled in Skanderborg Denmark.
The Privacy Policy applies to personal data that you provide to us or that we collect through our website(s) www.niconetto.com/www.nicotinetto.com.
The company Niconetto is the data controller of your personal data.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
Information about your name, address, e-mail, telephone number as well as any order number and specific delivery requests is passed on to the parties responsible for processing your orders or inquiries and handling the delivery of any purchased goods to you. All information about you can be freely handed over to external partners, or to any new owners/co-owners of the copyright to the trademarks "niconetto" and "nicotinetto", as well as to others who process the information on our behalf according to this agreement. We use external partners for, among other things, technical operation and improvements of the Website, sending out newsletters and targeted marketing, including retargeting, as well as for your assessment of our company and products. These companies are data processors and under our instructions and process data for which we are the data controller. The data processors may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfillment of the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality about these information’s.
We enter into written data processing agreements with all data processors who process personal data on our behalf.

The Right of Access

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT
AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
When you visit our websites, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the websites, for example. about the type of browser you use, what search terms you use on the website, your IP address, including your network location, and information about your computer. The purpose is to optimize the user experience and the website's function, as well as carry out targeted marketing, including retargeting via b.la. Facebook and Google.
